What is the exact name of this party ?

We are getting different names in our news feeds - "SWARAJ INDIA", "SWARAJ INDIA PARTY", "SWARAJ PARTY" etc.  Some newsfeeds say that the party formation is taking place at Chandigarh, any Information about the spokespersons for this new party, any contact mobile ?
