Greetings Mr. Rodrigues,
It's worrying mail from you. Hope, nothing untoward will happen to
you. I van only pray for your safe, active, meaningful life for
decades and decades ahead.
These are the dark times for anyone, any citizen who thinks about a
just, peaceful, fraternal society.
I remember a poem by Bertolt Brecht, I dedicate to you here :
"I came to the cities in a time of disorder
When hunger ruled.
I came among men in a time of uprising
And I revolted with them.
So the time passed away
Which on earth was given me.
I ate my food between massacres.
The shadow of murder lay upon my sleep.
And when I loved, I loved with indifference.
I looked upon nature with impatience.
So the time passed away
Which on earth was given me....."

The time is out of joint. Old age or youth, one no longer counts that way.
The world has more than an age.
We lack the measure of measure.
