Dear Mr. / Ms. Sen
I am really surprised that a respected activist as yourself is
side-stepping all the legal points I have raised and is reduced to
proferring a photograph, or two, as evidence that Shri Rahul Gandhi is
a high caste Brahmin Hindu of teh Dattatreya gotra and a Shiv bhakt
descended from Lord Parishsrama or some such nonsense.
Accordingly, I hope that to preserve your own credibility you shall
respond to my points below
1) Do you claim that Indira Nehru (Hindu) and Feroze Gandhi
(Parsi/Zorastrian) were lawfully married? If so where is your proof.
The only way in which these persons, professing different religions,
could have been lawfully married at the time (1942) was under Special
Marriage Act 1872 (Act III of 1872). The so called photo of their
alleged marriage by Vedic (Arya) rites before fire in Allahabad is no
proof of such marriage because a Hindu marriage is only valid between
2 Hindus.and Feroze Gandhi was a Zorastrian throughout his life
notwisthstanding that the Congress Party abducted his mortal remains
and cremated him as a Hindu, a crime which was rectified to the extent
possible by interring his ashes at the Parsi cemetry in Allahabad. Are
you claiming that Feroze Gandhi converted to Hinduism ? I assume you
have read Katherin Frank on this.
2) Do you claim that the marriage of Rajiv Gandhi (Parsi) and Sonia
Maino (Roman Catholic) took place under Hindu law ? I have provided
you clear video evidence that this marriage took place under
pseudo-/mock Brahmo Samaj rites alongwith a simultaneous registration
under Special Marriage Act ... In the same way that Sanjay Gandhi and
Menaka Anand married under Sikh rites followed by Special Marriage Act
civil marriage as Maneka Gandhi stated in court much later..
So how do you claim that Rahul Gandhi is a Hindu / Brahmin /
Dattatreya gotra etc and/or is claiming all this on basis of hoary
descent from KAMALA KAUL ???
