Dear Rajendra ji
I suggest that you are skating on thin ice when describing certain regional groupings / communities over the IAC mailing list. Yes, it is true that SC has read down 66-A and ITIGR rules for online free speech, so you may be clear in the short term, however, rules of association of Hndustan Republican Association/Army are always against such regionalism or communalism in our public discussions.
We must lead by example to show that by taking the high moral ground we are different from all those rogues in politics.
FYI, please peruse section 153-A IPC carefully. Whereas you can safely rant about, say, 'banias' (who are neither a caste nor a community nor race nor religion - see censusindia.gov.in) but saying "Gujarati" or "Punjabi" is morally wrong because it is regional targeting.
So public online speech is very different from what is said privately at meetings.
