Suggested preface to the preamble (this can be modified slightly if you wish)
Even as millions of Indians struggle to survive today, many are also being falsely charged and imprisoned. That is why I am reading the preamble. To remind the governments, police, courts and citizens - The Indian Constitution grants all citizens the right to life, liberty of thought and the right to assemble and protest peacefully. I condemn the arrest of students and all others involved in peaceful protests against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act.
WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:
JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;
EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;
and to promote among them all FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION
Dear Col. Gupta,I wrote my comment at 2 AM blaming Pt. Nehru for the corona pandemic as our honorable PM has been blaming the past 60 years of INC governance for all the present ills.In your last mail your last para says," One must also list one's own contributions to the cause so as to be clear whether one is 'part of the problem' or 'part of the solution' please." To answer this, I will quote from a tweet posted by Aroon Purie, Editor-in Chief, India Today, " How did the country fail its migrant workers, the lifeblood of its economy? Why didn't the government think of them when it first announced the lockdown….the worst misery I've seen in 45 years of journalism."
When the migrant-labour expressed their angst, instead of acknowledging the mistake and giving them money and counselling them to stay put, the centre-state politics started and trains to move them began - and the virus incubating in the stranded migrant labour is spreading. Out of desperation, the lockdown has to be eased. Without individual responsibility to taking care to prevent spread from asymptomatic carriers - No one can really predict when we will reach the infection peak and the curve will flatten.
This too is posted at 2AM, the time, after completing my science-related work.

a. Its not about efforts (as no efforts were being made) it is about
the propaganda, which is based on notional inputs and notional outputs

b. Who in this "MAHANAYAK" regime has ears to listen to anybody, all
concerned person/departments are blessed and backed by govt. so whats
done or not done, nobody cares. Please represent on my behalf and
update me with the outcome (CONCRETE), if you feel you can make deaf
ears functional/listen.
c. Helping "NOVOICE" cannot be termed as agenda, individuals without
any connection/affiliation with enemy camp (OF MAHANAYK) were also
being treated badly.
d. Majority of the population is living behind "LAKSHMAN REKHA" on
their own cost even then they are part of problem then they can only
cry on the mental state of "HAAKIM" as they are part of the solution
because they are consuming little/more and paying GST and contributing
too for the lavish life style of "GARIB MAA KA BETA" alias "MAHANAYAK"
known as CHOWKIDAR also & others like him.
