A clever transgression from the issue that has broken an artery of Delhi society.

The truth is that HINDU GROUPS are also and equally agitating against CAA, albeit for different reasons.

For Hindus we proclaim,
Firstly, partition took place in 1947 and the Citizenship laws of India and Pakistan followed a few years later.
Secondly, India has absorbed enough Muslims, Buddhists and atheists from Tibet, Burma, Afghanistan and Bangladesh as refugees since then.

As we have also said consistently, since day 1 of this list, AAP and BJP are 2 sides of the same USA sponsored coin. It is an open secret that AAP won in Delhi 2020 because of a tacit understanding with BJP. It is for Arvind Kejriwal to explain how motivated agitators like Kapil Mishra (who comes from an RSS family as does Kejriwal, Sisodia etc.) was a cabinet minister in his AAP government.

What we at IAC really ought to be looking at is why INDIA is sucking up to USA and awarding big-ticket deals to them at highly inflated prices. Are we to be the next "designed in USA" failed fundamentalist US client-state-nation like Pakistan and Iran who all had US backed dictators to purchase the output of US arms manufacturers ?

I remind you, that we PROUD HINDUS (not ashamed to say who we are) are still to see any 50% countervailing export from Anil Ambani group ( which has just declared BANKRUPTCY) in overpriced RAFALE deal. As HINDUS we are concerned that MODI (bania OBC) and AMIT SHAH (Jain posing as Hindu) 2nd. EAST INDIA COMPANY  have converted HINDUSTAN into dumping ground of consumers for US MNCs like AMAZON, WALMART, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, if this is not overseas 2nd EAST INDIA COMPANY Government then we don't know what is.

Modi welcoming Trump is like visit of George punchum in 1911 to be crowned Emperor of India.

Finally, do you really want Yogi Adityanath (or Arvind Kejriwal) as India's next Prime Minister ?

For the last several days, some members of the Islamic group have been agitating against CAA. Now they are blocking roads in Delhi, Chennai and other places, though the government has assured that CAA would not affect any citizen of India and judiciary have banned such road blocking protests .

But, the agitators are determined  to continue with road blockade. Obviously, they want to create a law and order situation, so that the government will forcibly remove them which will lead to stone throwing, violence, lathi charge and may even be firing.

Probably, the agitators want to create a situation where  India will look like a disturbed country and draw the attention of the world and discredit the government. Of course, some Islamic countries and some opposition parties in India will call the government action as suppression of freedom and minority oppression.

Can anyone tell me how the government of India should deal with this situation.? So far, government of India has been extremely patient and silently watching. How long can this continue ?

Re: [IAC#RG] HOW TO DEAL WITH MOTIVATED AGITATORS AND TERRORISTS ?

The government and government alone has to be blamed for the developed and developing situation in the country, first, for creating a fear psychosis in the people and then confusing and confounding the matters by adding the NPR and NRC and what more by conflicting statements by different ministers at variance with one another. The introduction of the CAA is ill-timed and ill-advised. A misplaced priority. A misadventure altogether. The government should have completed their homework in Assam in finding the illegal immigrants and then moved on to other states. But not so. The government in a tearing hurry, probably with an eye on the elections in Delhi and elsewhere, hurried down the slide in spreading the CAA scaremongering to the rest of India that smacked of a war cry, unmindful of the resultant backlash which is history now. There is no need to give colors to any legislation for its implementation. An adequate public consultation and consensus is all that is required of a law to get grounded which is not unknown to the lawmakers. The intention behind the lawmaking also has to be transparent and honest so as to gain currency and popularity for the legislation. When law fails on these counts, the government will have a lot of problems to enforce it that is what the situation is now.

[IAC#RG] NEED OF ZERO TOLERANCE TO FAKE DEGREES

As government employees are paid by the State Exchequer, the public is entitled to have the best and brightest to serve them. There has to be a very robust mechanism in place to check the authenticity of educational and other certificates submitted by candidates aspiring for government jobs.

Any political interference and manipulation in the selection of government employees is unacceptable it being very unlawful. Infact the selection, promotion and transfer of all government employees should be totally insulated from any political machinations whatsoever. It should be all strictly on merit and merit alone should be the sole criteria in the selection and appointment of every government employee to any post. Infact Ministers and MLAs should have no say whatsoever in the recruitment process and it should be left to the heads of the concerned departments to select their required manpower absolutely on merit.

Over the last few years in particular thousands have been brazenly recruited into government service with merit thrown to the winds. It has been a deceitful attempt to create a vote bank while almost all jobs have been dished away to those without merit. All this is reflecting in the functioning of the government offices with very incompetent staff having managed to creep in with the blessings of their political god fathers. The direct result of employing WHO YOU KNOW NOT WHAT YOU KNOW!

The Civil and public service must always be of the highest caliber and must always be independent of the government, defending its neutrality and impartiality and not used or abused according to the whims of the political bosses. This is vital for good governance if the public who are the real paymasters are to have any faith and trust in the civil service and feel that they are getting value for money and a good return on their hard earned taxes.

[IAC#RG] GROSS TRAFFIC MISMANGEMENT

Despite our Supreme Court having clearly ruled time and again that public roads cannot be closed even for the movement of VVIP vehicles, the traffic mayhem witnessed in and around Panaji over the weekend on account of the visit by Portugal's President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa is highly condemnable. Every visiting dignitary must be given a warm welcome but not at the cost of disrupting the traffic.

The authorities were required to ensure that the free flow of vehicular traffic was not obstructed or blocked. It was sheer incompetency by the traffic regulating authorities that the commuting public were put to great inconvenience and traffic chaos all over while the traffic police miserably failed in controlling the mess. Such disruption of normal life is absolutely impermissible and unpardonable. Even the visiting President of Portugal would have not liked it.

May be its high time that our RTO and Traffic officials who currently have the expertise in only prosecuting the common men and women for minor traffic violations, are now professionally trained on proper traffic management. There is no reason why a well thought out plan cannot be put in place to execute for every visiting dignitary and major event in the state rather than people being needlessly inconvenienced through a gridlocked capital and State due to the pathetic  failures and negligence by the authorities.

[IAC#RG] Delhi elections

HOW AAP WON 2020 DELHI ELECTIONS!

                                By Amaresh Misra

AAP has won 2020 Delhi elections. Credit must go to Arvind Kejriwal, his tactical moves, and his team's work on the ground.

However, figures reveal a startling picture. In fact, BJP's initial euphoria about winning was not misplaced.

BJP knew that through vicious polarization, they had managed to dent, at least 6-8% of AAP vote. In case Congress polled 9% plus, as it did in 2015, BJP's 40% (32+8) and AAP's 48-46% would have seen extremely tight contests and a hung assembly, in Delhi. Confident of Congress retaining its vote share, BJP was looking at a scenario where AAP is brought back to its 2013 tally and BJP forms a minority Government.

Let's revisit the statistics: in 2015, AAP won 67 seats with a vote share of 54.3 %. BJP got 32.3 (3 seats) and Congress 9.7% (0 seats) votes.

In 2020, AAP won 62 seats. Its vote share dipped to 53.5%--a loss of nearly, 1 %.

The BJP vote share is 38.5%--a jump of nearly 7 %! The ruling national party got 8 seats.

Now, if AAP has lost just 1%, from where is the BJP jump coming from?

This time, Congress polled 4.2% vote, a loss of more than 5% from its 2015 performance.

So, did the 5% Congress vote shift to BJP?

Seems so--but, if the fall of exactly 5% in Congress' vote share is seen, broadly, as the 5% Muslim vote, then the scenario stands altered. In the latter case, AAP's vote was actually came down from 54% in 2015, to 48% in 2020--a drop of 6%! And it is the shifting of Congress' Muslim 5% vote, that made AAP reach 53%!

Another inference--in the altered scenario, the 6% vote share AAP was losing, went to the BJP!

So, ultimately, while AAP ignored Shaheen Bagh and the happenings in Jamia, it is the shifting of Muslim vote from Congress to AAP, that played the critical and decisive role in AAP's victory.
