OROP shall be ,initially applied for armed forces pensioners and gradually to all employees of government and PSUs and PSBs .Revision of pension for employees of PSUs and PSBs shall be at par with that of Government servants.The Family pension of even the widow/widower  of retired General Manager of a nationalised bank can not be more than 4,500 or so .There is no scope for revision of pension of employees of nationalised Banks.Hon,ble FM may take this into account.

We should move to COMPLETE cashless economy. Complete cashless economy provides end-to-end traceability Terrorism is funded by money earned from money laundering and drugs. In the complete cashless economy,you can trace    the malpractice such as bribery also at the source. Cashless Economy checks the corruption at the source. The country now urgently needs such role models in nooks and corners.  Such persons need not shout or agitate but  should silently defy unjust demands at individual level.

The campaign for corrupt free and nepotism free governance and  ensuring corrupt free politics can certainly be achieved by a silent revolution on the part of the concerned Indians, who are now all over India in lakhs. They need to act at their own level and when sizable number of concerned citizens act  even without any coordination , the positive  impact will be seen sooner than later.

The society and the media may not immediately recognise them but their act of courage and conviction will slowly percolate and give confidence to others that such defiance towards the cause  of truth is possible by individuals and would be worthwhile. Such crusaders need to have patience and faith in the ultimate triumph of good over evil.

[IAC#RG] Who support Transparency & Net Neutrality

There are many groups, persons, organizations who talk about transparency & net neutrality. But how many of them supports it.

I post comments on many websites like news, article, group forum But only few post all my comments. Without giving any reason most of them rejects it.

So when we self don't support transparency in our daily lives, then how can we demand transparency and net neutrality from others.

It is easier said than done - OK, I want to resist paying a bribe to get my job done - So what happens? - First I am harassed, my work will not be done, I will make several trips leaving my other jobs and livelihood, I complain to Lokayukta, the case will drag on for 10-15 years with constant harassment to me and finally he may be fined Rs 100/-, but still my job is not done - Ordinary people just cannot afford this - I need to get on with my life - There are 100s of things to be got done on a daily basis - It is very easy to say if EVERYBODY do not pay then corruption ends, it can never happen - There has to be some deterrent and some fear in the person asking bribe that something really bad will happens if takes a bribe (you can't just appeal to his conscious to do his job) - We in India do not have any such system - when I mention 'Emergency period' where corruption just stopped the moment emergency was declared (there was no visible action anywhere - everybody started doing their job), I am condemned and would not like to take a lesson from it - Solution lies elsewhere - We are talking something which is impractical - Action has to come from Top - bottom up does not work.

Only one person can make difference . We had lot of expectations from Modi Ji but he proved to be a person who can talk a lot but not a doer . He failed miserably in taming the bureaucracy . He has almost become their slave .

As a gentleman he should not have inducted in his cabinet , any of the persons defeated in election .

He would have fulfilled all his promises made in open forum

He should not have hurried in bring new laws . Land Acquisition Act is the best example .The law already passed in 2013  should have been given  a fair chance to operate .

He should have  been careful in issuing orders .Once issued should not be withdrawn.

He should not have made false promises like  implementation of  OROP  and others 

He should not have announced release of funds in his open speeches.

Bad remarks like DNA of Biharis has been in a very bad taste.

You have in a short article written very lucidly what we need to do to change the face of India. It is not big things and popular items that we have to fight against.
