Please can you entail me any pointers that how we should record the proceeding of court? The design is always perfect the flaws are humans.

I would like to mention to the judge that I will be recording all the sessions of this particular case with necessary permissions... I want to know where to get such permission? Atleast who has such authority for this?

Other than what has been suggested by Ramu there seems very little hope that the anchors will improve- sadly the ill manners, the interruptions and babel is increasing and spreading to other channels -  We can of course visit the story of David & Goliath and seek out where the anchor's  weak spot is. I think it lies in TRPs. If that falls for a channel, the anchors may have to do some self enquiry. Also we are not a captive audience and need not watch these channels. We can switch from them to Door Darshan and local regional & international channels. Not being a Doordarshan fan earlier- I am pleasantly surprised by their news coverage and in particular, impressed by their Lok Sabha Channel and a morning programme ~Aj Savere. So why not let the noisy anchors carry on and we  seek information and mature discussions elsewhere. This of course should not stop us from complaining to our Broadcasting Corporation as Ramu has already suggested.

I agree with Sarbajit on this point ,

Based on personal experience, I have seen very rare cases in which justice denied by all the courts.  

In fact even supreme court entertains  petitions based upon pure question of fact, when it was revealed from pleadings and documents that,  justice was denied to  a litigant, 

As far as supreme Court is concerned , there is balancing system in courts as all the benches are Two judge benches . So it will be difficult for an incompetent judge  to prevail over his companion. Unless top most vested interest are not involved, in a case, Judges acts fairly and reasonably.

Main issue is delay in disposal of cases .. 

That way justice gets delayed and some time denied

earlier. Dumping Kiran Bedi now will not improve BJP's fortunes,

finest intellectual minds, who could be a great asset to India in our
common national quest to achieve our destined purpose on the world
platform, and as rapidly as possible.

Accordingly, I hope that someone on high remembers KOBAD GHANDY, who
like me attended St. Xavier's College Mumbai and which institution I
suppose greatly shaped the choices we separately made in life.

I can disclose now that late JaiPrakash Narain ji "JP" privately had
greatly approved my father's decision to educate me at Jesuit
institutions in the English language, saying that is what is needed
for the new India so that the old India could be preserved. My father
was in the Hindu Hostel at Benares/kashi BHU and with Pandit Madan
Mohan Malviya's Independence agitation and even lost a year because of
it.

Inclusion of the same set of people ,particularly from the political arena,who have no  track record of any worthwhile achievements or path breaking  vision but are mere spokesman on lease, is sheer wastage of air time.They only fan negativity and display lesser  standards of public debate and elocution than in an average level High School . In particular the congress spokesman , bereft of any ideas and and being defensive from the word go , perform in a pathetic manner. Surely there is no dearth of eminent scholars and performers whose every word will educate and inspire us and spread message of hope.
